Three numbers decide whether a simulator fits: depth (monitor position + hitting area + ball flight to the screen), width (a full swing, more if a righty and lefty share it), and ceiling height (your driver swing, or the mount window for overhead units).

How to measure
- Pick where the ball will sit. Measure from there to the wall where the screen goes; you need room for ball flight (FlightScope lists 8 ft minimum for limited flight).
- For radar units that sit behind the ball, add the distance behind the tee (e.g. 8 ft for the Mevo Gen2).
- Swing your driver slowly in the space to check width and ceiling.
- Sharing with a lefty? Plan extra width. TrackMan says its iO DUO lets righties and lefties share bays as narrow as 10 ft.
